Two-Party Mediations: $250 per hour, per party ($500 total per hour / 2 hr min.)

Three-Party Mediations: $200 per hour, per party ($600 total per hour / 2 hr min)

Four or More Parties: $175 per hour, per party ($700 and up per hour / 2 hr min)

Global Settlement Conferences: $500 per hour

Half-Day Sessions: Scheduled from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

(3-hour session) Minimum Charge 3 hours.​​

Full-Day Sessions: Scheduled from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(6-hour session plus a 1-hour break) Minimum charge 6 hours.

Late Day Sessions 5PM- 9PM $300.00 per hr (2 hr min.)

Weekend Sessions from 8:00 AM- 1:00 PM  $325.00 per hr (2 hr minimum)​

$500.00 DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SCHEDULING WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER MEDIATION

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Meaningful Mediation accepts engagements to the exclusion of scheduling other work during the reserved time. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following policies apply to all scheduled mediations:

All Cancellations or Rescheduling Requests must be submitted via email to INFO@MEANINGFULMEDIATION.ORG.

 

• Half-Day Cancellations (Less than 7 calendar days' notice): 3-hour fee applies

• Full-Day Cancellations (Less than 7 calendar days' notice): 6-hour fee applies​

   

 Rescheduling requests received 7 or more days calendar in advance may be accommodated without penalty.

 

 Cancellation / Reschedule fees may only be waived if the reserved time slot is re-booked with another mediation.

 

Unless otherwise agreed, all parties and their attorneys share equal responsibility for any incurred cancellation fees.
